POST TITLE: Sales Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent who will report to the Director of Sales will be expected to; Manage the company’s customers in the assigned region to achieve the volume and value targets,
Manage the trade channel and field sales team to achieve the company’s distribution objectives,
Achieve the company’s sales and profitability growth objectives.

JOB EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably in the manufacturing sector,
Working experience with a US corporation will be an advantage,
Candidate must possess a good first degree together with a post graduate qualification in the Social Sciences, Business Administration from a reputable higher institution,
Demonstrated ability to deliver results, strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are imperatives,
Eligible age of not more than 38 years with high energy level.

POST TITLE: Sales Representatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent who will report to the Sales Manager will be expected to deliver on the following Sales activities; Achieve all sales targets for assigned territory,
Ensure effective planning and re-distribution of company products in assigned territory,
Ensure strict adherence to the company’s financial guidelines and sales procedures.

JOB EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably engaged in manufacturing,
Demonstrated competence to sell and achieve results,
Candidate must possess a good first degree in the Social Sciences, Business Administration from a reputable higher institution,
Strong communication and relationship building skills,
Eligible Age of 25-32 years with high energy.
