IT Support Agents (Financial and Web Services) at Citizens Benefit Network


Citizens Benefit Network is a National Financial Inclusion Scheme that is seeking to employ 2,000 people to serve as Support Agents for its nationwide financial agency management and web services solutions.

The agents will be required to work with clients to setup web services and also provide financial services to clients such as bills and subscriptions payment.

An agent will be required to service an average of 30 to 60 clients every month.

Depending on the nature of the service provided, an agent may earn between 2,000 and 4,000 Naira for each client serviced.

The agents will be required to have the following qualification:

1 – Good working knowledge of computers

2 – Website design, hosting and support skills

3 – Ownership of a personal computer and Internet access

Please note that if you are shortlisted, you will be required to take a pre-qualification test to confirm the competences listed above. Only candidates that pass the pre-qualification test will be offered appointment as an agent to the network.
