Roles and Key Responsibilities

-Accountable for maintenance of Avaya CMS, Avaya CMS Supervisor and Avaya IQ device throughout the globe.
-Integration of third party applications like Blue Pumpkin, RTA, Geotel and Avaya PBX (Communication manager) with CMS/IQ.
-Management of Lab requirement and to keep lab devices up and running.
-Responsible for Client infrastructure analysis, health check and recommendation of Patches, Security Packs to fix bugs in the current version of the software.
-Working on Maestro/Siebel for managing customer dockets.
Skill set
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in CCT technology preferably Avaya certified
-Experience of working with JAVA, WEB-SERVER and Web Services.
-Experience of working with Oracle / SQL Database would be an advantage.
-Knowledge of telecom networks & SS7 & SIP signalling will be preferred.
