As an experienced Customer Relationship Supervisor/Manager you will see this as an exciting opportunity to work as part of the senior team focussing on strengthening business relationships, improving systems and support methods analysing current process and procedures, identifying opportunity for change and assisting with moving the company onwards and upwards.

As a previous Customer service success story, you will focus on continuous improvement, business/client relationships and key accounts.

Ideally you will have worked as either a Customer Relations Supervisor or Manager or Continuous Improvement service Supervisor/Manager where your normal day would be to gather information, review and understand customer service impact and control.

Acting as a key escalation figure for problems outside of authorisation levels of support team members providing a swift resolution, identifying process improvements, procedural changes and outlining training needs. Working as part of a small team each with responsibilities for change management, your skills with compliment the skills within the team by bringing thoughts and ideas from previous business implementation
