REQUIREMENT
Degree in building, civil engineering/estate management
Must be an associate member of the Nigeria institute of estate surveyors and valuers
At least 15years working experience of which 10years must have been spent at top management level in a company
Should be conversant with extant statutory regulatory practices an procedures relating to real estate or property management in Nigeria

PROPERTY MANAGER – Male (Aged: 40years)
REQUIREMENT
HND/BSC degree in building, civil engineering/estate management
Must be an associate member of the Nigeria institute of estate surveyors and valuers
At least 10years working experience at top management level in maintenance of properties in a company
Must have excellent knowledge in preparation of estimates/quantity surveying.
