Job Title: Accountant

Job Description

This is a key role in the Accounts/Finance Unit and potential candidate must have a sound knowledge of accounting principles, preferably from an ICT or manufacturing company. It is essential for the candidate to be a chartered accountant and a graduate of accountancy or Banking & Finance with a minimum of Second Class Upper/Upper Credit. He/She must have at least 2 years post qualification audit experience. Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities include:
Consolidation of profit and loss account and balance sheet for subsidiaries
Tax and Audit management
Preparing accounting information for management.
Preparation of budgeted and cash flow statements
Analysis and Interpretation of financial statements
Fixed Asset Accounting
General Ledger accounting
Stock / Inventory accounting
Maintaining Bankers relationship
Treasury administration
Desired Skills & Experience

At least five years experience, two of which must be in supervisory capacity. The person must be able to think outside the box, be self motivated, innovative and able to use own initiative.
The preferred candidate for this position must be proficient in the use of SAGE Pastel accounting package and Microsoft excel.
He/she must also possess interpersonal & team building skills. Good communication and presentation skills are equally required.

Job Title: Head of Treasury

Job Description

Liquidity Management


This is about driving the Group’s cash generation from Receivables to run its businesses and advising the finance unit on how to fund the Group financial needs in the most efficient manner.
This will involve:

accelerating the flow in Account Receivables, WHT and Account Payables;
devising a system to track and automatically chase late payers and charging them interest where necessary;
ensuring that the Group uses the assets (mainly current assets) available to it to get the best returns;
working with heads of project to reduce the delay between booking and billing periods,
forecasting all cash payments in and out across all areas of the Group’s business to alert on potential shortfalls or surpluses to be re-invested;
managing the Group working capital as efficiently as possible and providing report on same and other relevant information to assist Finance in sourcing for external funding where required; and
periodically carry out credit analysis and credit worthiness check on the Group’s customers to mitigate inherent credit risk in transacting business with the customers;

Corporate Financial Management

This is all about ensuring that the financial activities of the Group fit with the Group’s business strategy. Your job in this area involves:
• advising on the best way to fund the company’s operations;
• assisting the Group CFO in project evaluations and business expansion assignments;
• ensuring that the company uses the assets available to it to get the best returns;
• supervising the tax sub-unit so that the Group pays no more tax than it needs to; and
• supervising the Group’s store to ensure the Group investment in inventory is optimal and efficient

Risk Management

This is about understanding what business and financial risks the Group is exposed to and considering whether the returns generated are sufficient to justify taking those risks.
Your job in this area involves:
• assessing and advising the company on how to manage interest rate risk;
• assessing and advising the company on how to manage foreign exchange risk; and
• carrying out other treasury related functions as may be required from time to time.

The person must be a leader, self motivated, innovative and able to use own initiative. He/she must also possess interpersonal & team building skills. He/She must also be able to review team’s performance, appraise team members and plan the career development for the team.
Good communication and presentation skills are equally required.

Desired Skills & Experience

B.Sc./HND Accountancy, possession of MBA or master’s degree in Finance would be an advantage
Must have worked in similar position for at least 5 years.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & METRICS EXECUTIVE

Job Description

Major Duties + Responsibilities:-

Carry out CWG Internal Customer Satisfaction and report findings.
Ensure the monitoring of CWG External Customer Satisfaction and Perception of CWG product and service provision.
Evaluate CWG Contractors/Suppliers Performance through feedbacks from end users and report findings.
Ensure the planning and execution of quality system audit, identify problems and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze Sales and Project Reports

Key Performance Indicators:-

Coordinate and Supervise the External Customer Satisfaction Survey
Conduct yearly Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey to determine Frontline Satisfaction Level with the Support/Operations Units
Ensure the evaluation of Contractors/Suppliers.
Analyze and Broadcast Sales and Project Reports.
Desired Skills & Experience

B.SC in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
MBA will be an added advantage. 3 Years Post NYSC preferably in an ICT environment.

Management skills required: Planning, Analytical, Negotiation, Interpersonal and People Management Skills
