Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Development Specialist will coordinate all manufacturing activities and influence the implementation of world class manufacturing processes, identifying, co-operating and actively participating in strategic improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and skills required
The occupant of this position should possess;
Minimum of B.SC in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering I Minimum of Five (5) years relevant experience preferably in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
Key competencies and attributes
Practical knowledge of manufacturing development programme.
Deep technical knowledge of a brewery, Demonstrate high initiative, be independent and proactive.
Attention to details.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties and responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the Manufacturing Development Specialist will;
• Co-ordinate learning and development activities for technical production in line with best practice. Train and coach technical staff where the need arises
• implement the brewery plan to support World Class Manufacturing
• Implement manufacturing work practices and principles
I Provide leadership for on-going manufacturing development strategies
• Promote knowledge management processes
• Apply value chain and improvement tools
• Facilitate and co-ordinate the technical selection process I Provide industrial engineering support


Job Title: Training Specialist (Packaging)

Job summary:

The Training Specialist (Packaging) who will report to the Packaging Manager will create and sustain a progressive learning environment by providing effective service to the value chain, focused on competence acquisition and performance.

Qualification and Skills required
The occupant of this position should possess;
• Minimum of B.SC /HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of Five (5) years relevant experience preferably in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Relevant Technical Certificate. Key competencies and attributes
• Knowledge of performance management, human resource development (HRD) , competence assessment practices and training evaluation.
• Deep technical knowledge,
• Deep experience in a brewing, packaging or process control environment.
• Proven training, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrate high initiative, be independent and proactive. I Attention to details.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties and responsibilities

Job Title: Project Engineer/Engineering Manager

Job summary:

The Project Engineer/ Engineering Manager will coordinate and manage the plant process and system and maintain the manufacturing activities
to influence the implementation of world class manufacturing, identifying, co-operating and actively participating in strategic improvement initiatives,

Qualifications and skills required
he occupant of this position should possess;
B SC in Mechanical/ electrical or Industrial engineering.
Deep prior experience in a senior maintenance management role,
In depth understanding of world class manufacturing, asset care & CMM5,
Competencies and attribute
High financial and (*%#stems numeracy, Analytical problem solver,
Good communication skills. Attention to detail.
Influencing skills
Good understanding of the principles and practices of manufacturing excellence Good understanding of brewing/Packaging and Utilities processes and technology At least) years project management experience in the beverage industry


Duties and responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the Project Engineer/Engineering Manager will;
Manage plant process and systems,
Manage productivity,
Ensure compliance to Good Engineering Standards and Best Practices, I Coordinate I manage the overall Plant Maintenance Budget.
Develop I implement the Asset Care Strategy.
Project management on larger CAPIN / CAPrX,
Optimize maintenance reliability/ availability and cost. I Optimize engineering spares stock holding.
Scope and define projects.
Manage acceptance tests and handover processes,
Manage contractors.
Evaluate suppliers and define costs. lead project teams.
