MTN Recruits for - GM Propositions and Enterprise Solutions (ES) Marketing

Marketing and Branding •Develop and implement the delivery of ES marketing strategy to meet the need of the overall business plan and sales target •Develop a market research programme with MTNN Business Intelligence unit which will inform ES activity and offer great understanding of customers and sales •Create and maintain a distinct ES brand within the MTN Nigeria “master brand” which differentiates the MTN ES from competitors and provides long-term and sustainable competitive advantage •Oversee the management of ES products and services portfolio through their life cycle •Support the sale of complex and customized communications solutions in large corporate customer organisations (consultative-based selling) by developing effective counterpart relationships Business Analysis •Identify product and service gaps within the ES market and commission the development of new products and services, based on evidence of profitable market opportunities •Provide strategic inputs and advice to the Chief Enterprise Solutions Officer in developing a sales strategy and plan •Provide performance data to support management decision-making
