Our client in the Oil and Gas Industry with ambitions to expand its operations beyond Nigeria requires candidates to fill the following positions:

1.) Chief Operating Officer- Ref: OG/01

The Role
This role entails responsibilities and accountability for managing and coordinating all company activities.

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all areas of operations to ensure revenues, profits and return on investment are maximized.
Manage the day-to-day functions of operations
Responsible for business developments and introduction of new product lines and opportunities,
Monitor all contractual obligations (commercial & technical)
Responsible for execution of project within cost, time, quality and safety parameters responsible for implementation and proper compliance
Develop and execute annual budgets and mid and long term strategic plans
Maintain / improve good public relations with the customers and suppliers and liaising with the principals to support agency management
Skills and qualifications:
Applicant must possess a university degree in Engineering or related discipline
10-20 years post qualification experience in the upstream Oil & Gas Industry
A higher degree in a relevant discipline as well as Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Onshore/offshore oil and gas operations experience
Hands-on technical skills on vessel operations for offshore
An extensive network of contacts in the industry.

2.) Group Business Development Manager – Ref: OG/02

The Role
This role entails giving attention to business development and exploiting the business opportunities presented by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop overall marketing and corporate communications strategy for all the subsidiary companies
Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs,
Investigate and understand the economic conditions surrounding the business activity
Advice the company on changes in the industry
Adopt team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals,
Understand the skills and qualities required for the growth of the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
Applicant must possess a university degree in one of the commerce, accounting, economics or business administration streams
At least 10 years work experience with considerable sales experience
Organized and strong negotiation.
Aware of and responsive to economic trends, government policies and currency fluctuations.
Target of working to expand the company’s product reach and profit revenues by identifying new markets and attracting new clients

3.) Business Development Officer – Ref: OG/03

The RoleBusiness Development Officer will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring the accounts of businesses within assigned geographical territory. Candidate must be able to sell products and services to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques continuously update knowledge of company’s products, services, and the competitive dynamic of the marketplace.
Organize training for new customers
Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tool manage sales funnel and generate report on sales activities and forecasting
Skills and Qualifications:

Applicant must have B.Sc/HND in Social Science

4.) Senior Accountant – Ref: OG/04

The Role
This role ensures the successful management of the finance and accounting Operations on assigned entities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial information at the defined time/periods Provide flexibility of data whilst maintaining integrity,
Ensure management is supplied with information to assist in the stewardship of the Company
Ensure accounting staff understand the changing needs as well as strategic direction and objective of the company,
Ensure compliance with shareholders requirements.
Align departmental strategy with the corporate strategy, goals and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
ACA and core accounting experience of minimum of 5yrs to 7yrs.
Experience in preparing management account, budgeting/forecasting

5.) Bids and Tenders Officer Ref: OG/05

The Role
The role entails responsibility towards bids, tenders preparations and submissions

The Role
The Personal Assistant to the Chairman shall be responsible for the day to day administrative related to the office of the Chairman

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and contractors.
Coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings; attend meetings to take notes or dictation and/or to provide general assistance
Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Partners
Work closely with the Chairman to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to contractors, clients and potential clients

The Role
The role entails planning the actual execution and successful completion of all marine maintenance and construction project.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising activities and ^sources in support of all technical projects that impact the company’s systems and delivers company goals and objectives, effective interface between company and clients
Ensure compliance to policies and procedures, including safety standards.
Properly manage time and budgets that are set aside for the success of the assigned project
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Oversee Remote Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and survey services operations

Skills and Qualifications
Applicant university degree in Engineering or related discipline
8 -10 years post qualification experience in the upstream Oil & Gas Industry
Onshore/offshore oil and gas operations experience
Hands-on technical skills in Geology and Geophysics.
Proper understanding of marine Jaws and offshore regulations and control issues
Working knowledge of engineering construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials

8.) IT and Admin Personnel Ref: OG/08

The Role
This role provides administrative/clerical services and Information Technological support to Broron Group and other functions as may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities
Manage information technology and computer systems
Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software Supervise the generator/diesel) maintenance, electrical repairs/maintenance.

The role is to monitor and drive the planning of diverse telecom projects/operations and ensure their successful implementation
