Description:
-Assist with the planning and implementation of the SWG CRM strategy
o Work closely with the AM’s to ensure the seamless adoption of the CRM strategy
o Ownership of the CRM customer database/Tool including monitoring and updating as needed
o Conduct Research and Trend Analysis for the CRM teamo Attend AM and Buss. Development
update monthly meetings (Associate to coordinate/plan the meetings)
o Assist with the development/collection of customer feedback (SWG Customer Satisfaction Score)
o Proactively recommend to CRM improvement opportunities for the team
o Assist with all media/publicity initiatives
o Assist with all corp event planning and coordination
o Help launch a customer feedback mechanism
o Assist with all vendor bidding/selection process
