Good knowledge of official donors such as EU, DFID, USAID etc Understanding of issues of governance, power and rights Familiarity with programme cycle management approaches and tools including participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation.Willingness to work with partner staff, and to stay away from home for periods of time if required to do so. With experience of facilitation, training and network building CA staff and partners’ capacity building.
